Summer 2008, Walking, Drawing, and Teaching in Italy!
May 15-17, Participating in conference Intervene! Interrupt! Rethinking Art as Social Practice, UC Santa Cruz. I will be presenting a reinvention of Is this the Place which originally took place in 2006.
April 26-27, Overflow, a reinvention of Allan Kaprow's Fluids at the Getty Center, Los Angeles. A project with the LA Art Girls involving 23,000 pounds of ice and a desire to repurpose.
April 12-13, TEMPORARY PUBLIC ART PROJECT, 25th Annual Jazz & Blues Festival. Project is called Pace Yourself II: Flexible Detection of Sound, Glendale, AZ . A 20-hour collective drawing responding to sound.
March 29- April 6, Teaching workshop Performing for the Camera for 700IS 2008 Film and Video Festival, Egilsstadir, Iceland and Eidar Art Center
February 7 & 8 - Drawing on Site, Depicting Action II, National Review of Live Art, Tramway, Glasgow, Scotland. Presenting durational piece entitled Drawing on Site.
